Appraisal Atlas is a free utility that allows you to upload your work history to generate your experience score in the AppraisalWorld Directory
As an AppraisalWorld Directory™ member, you can use our free Appraisal Atlas™ software to upload the date and location data of your work history to generate the experience score value for your Directory Listing. Having a high experience score may increase your opportunity to gain appraisal assignments when lenders and homeowners search for an appraiser. Rest assured, Atlas only uploads data that is compliant with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.

While other appraiser directories search for appraisers by only county or zip codes, AppraisalWorld's patent-pending method uses a proprietary algorithm, which incorporates many factors, including appraisal date and locations of completed appraisal assignments ("Geo-Points"). The result is that appraisers are given higher listing rankings based on actual work experience and the neighborhood in which they have expertise—factors that are critical to the accuracy and value of the AppraisalWorld Directory search function.

In addition to loading your work experience into the Directory, you can also use Atlas to update, view and manage your appraisal work history or even view a report with just the click of a mouse!
