Why should I upload my work experience information with Atlas?
A. Your work experience is included in the calculation of your score in the AppraisalWorld Directory. Uploading your work experience to your listing results in a more prominent ranking because you generate a higher score than an appraiser who has not uploaded as many appraisal report work experience dates for that area.

What does AppraisalWorld do with my work experience that is uploaded by Atlas?
A. AppraisalWorld extracts the effective date of the appraisal and address of the subject properties in your work experience database. The effective date of the appraisal is used to determine the relative timeframe of your research of market data for that area.
No private information in violation of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice is uploaded. For example, the names of the property owners and the price for the property sold are NOT uploaded into Atlas. That data remains on your computer system. In addition, the individual "points" are not visible to anyone and are only used internally during calculation of the score.

Do AppraisalWorld and Atlas abide by USPAP regulations with regard to management and privacy of appraisal and appraiser data?
A. Yes, AppraisalWorld and Atlas are fully USPAP compliant in our processes and products and services.

Does AppraisalWorld use my work experience data for purposes outside of the Directory?
A. No, your work experience data is never sold or transferred to parties outside of AppraisalWorld or to AppraisalWorld partner companies.

What appraisal software does Atlas work with?
Atlas loads data from existing databases on your computer, including:

What information is transmitted by Atlas?

• Address
• Latitude
• Longitude
• Report Type
• Date
• Data entry method (from database, manual entry, etc.)

No private information that would be in violation of USPAP is uploaded.
