Trying to find the most qualified appraiser in a neighborhood

The cornerstone of our Lender services is our patent-pending, national directory of appraisers. These appraisers aren’t just listed in our directory, they are ranked by the level of local-area knowledge (location familiarity and work experience/history) about the subject property and its neighborhood. Finding the appraiser with the most local area expertise is critical to improving the appraisal process.

Our patent-pending GEAR search technology finds and ranks appraisers partially based on geo-spatial cluster analysis of the appraiser’s work history. The intent is to identify the appraiser who has worked in the proximity of the subject property most recently and the most overall.
